COLISSIMO EXPERT / cost 7€
- With Colissimo Expert you will need to sign for your parcel upon delivery (Monday – Saturday between 9am and midday)
- If you are out or signature is not possible (no concierge on your building for example) the postman will leave you a dated Delivery Notification in your postbox indicating the address of the nearest Post Office from where you will be able to collect your parcel (you will need to show some form of id).
- Delivery timing: 2 to 3 days depending on the destination. Delivery time is calculated in working days, not including weekends and holidays.
We recommend that you get your order delivered to your workplace, as there should usually always be somebody at reception who can sign on your behalf.
Please note: you will have 14 days to collect your parcel from the date stamped on your Delivery Notification.
Beyond this time, the parcel will automatically be returned to us here at Perle de Jade.
