Perle de Jade, a limited liability company registered on the Antibes (France) Trade & Companies Register with number 499 317 733 and whose head office is located at 29 bd Maréchal Juin, 06800 Cagnes-sur-mer, France specializing in the design, manufacture and sale of jewellery, wishes to inform you of the measures applied to protect your personal data and your privacy in accordance with the legislation currently in force and more particularly the provisions of the Law of 6th January 1978 known as the “Data Protection Act” as amended, the European Regulation 2016/679, as well as the recommendations issued by the CNIL (hereinafter “the legislation in force”). In accordance with the legislation in force, you have the right to access, object, rectify, delete, transfer and restrict the processing of your personal data. Please send a copy of your ID card with your request (this will not be kept by Perle de Jade and may either be destroyed or returned to you at your convenience).
